Order Processing

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your item has shipped, we will send you another email containing the tracking number of your order.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.  Only bank approved purchases will be processed and shipped.

All items are final sale and specified product care is provided within one year of purchase

Shipping Options & Rates

Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.  Complimentary 3-4 business day shipping is included with your purchase. 

Shipping back to Blacklisted for product care within the first year of purchase is the buyers responsibility and item is shipped back to buyer at no additional cost.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately sabine@blacklisted.la

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number.  To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
